THE CASHIER GUIDE

A clearer way to compare payment options

Understand deposit routes, withdrawals, identity checks, conversion costs and payout terms before choosing an online casino.

01

Start with the payment direction

A deposit option and a withdrawal option are not necessarily the same thing. Check both columns of the cashier, not just the logos on the deposit screen. Some methods are deposit-only or are limited by account settings. The method available to one visitor might not appear in another country.

02

Identify the currency before transferring

Your card or wallet can use one currency while the casino account is denominated in another. That can create an exchange rate difference, separate conversion fees, or both. Look for account currency, payment currency and withdrawal currency as three distinct questions.

03

Separate processing from settlement

A withdrawal can have multiple steps: the casino reviews a request, the payment provider accepts it and the bank or network settles the transfer. A quoted processing time is not automatically the time the money reaches you. Investigate pending-period rules, verification and weekends.

04

Check withdrawal limits and documents

Find the minimum and maximum withdrawal, any daily or monthly limit, and whether identity verification is required before you can request a payment. Some promotional terms can affect withdrawal eligibility as well. Limits should be read directly from the current account-specific terms.

05

Estimate the total, not just the headline fee

For an illustrative 100-unit transfer with a 2% processing charge and a separate 1% currency cost, the simplified cost is 3 units before any fixed charge. This is a teaching example, not a real casino fee. Use the payment finder to experiment with different amounts and percentages.

06

Make the final choice deliberately

Once you have shortlisted a casino, compare the available payment method, deposit and withdrawal direction, fees and current terms on the provider website. A listing tells you what has been researched; it cannot see the options inside your individual cashier account.

Continue with actual brand records

Browse the available research, then check the live provider terms before taking action.

Keep the terms in view. Availability and promotions depend on the provider and your circumstances. This guide explains what to compare, not which particular casino supports a feature.
